This is all very helpful and entertaining. I have just started an GDF campaign using Alien Hives against High Elves, hopefully there'll be an AH focus soon

Thank you guys for this podcast! I comment regularily, because your content is great ;) Idea of this episode is also well thought: pros and cons, best/worst units and even sample 2000 pts list. Discussion about countering Prime Brothers and their problems with offensive was also interesting. I would add, that also AP-heavy list can be problematic: plasma rifles and plasma cannons with AP(4) and blast eradicate their entire squads. Also Guard Brothers have unique combination of shield wall and Defense 2+. This means, that even 6 to hit on rending weapon or AP(4) plasma hit is saved on 5+, instead of 6+. It makes them hard to take down. As far as I know only Custodians also have this combination. Keep up the good work :)

3:16- Don't worry about the cameras being on, too much work. My videos are created when I'm wearing shorts and a beat up t-shirt in bad lighting. 16:38- It's a problem with the current formula. Units with both shooting and melee should have a bit of a discount. This would make Destroyers more useful. The formula rewards units that are glass cannons, where all the points are spend on doing damage.

We theoretically have an DAO player, at least he is familiar with all the options so maybe this could be one of the next Faction Focuses. :)
