Every time I think the F-18C is the best aircraft out there, DCS is like, "It's actually even better. Check out these new features." I can't imagine what the Super Hornet can do. Or next-gen fighters.

@@jungleboy1 to be fair this is a c. 2005 F/A-18c, so it has a lot of features you wouldn't see in a 1980s F/A-18A

Also very interesting is that, with the TDC cursor, you can activate certain options on the RDR DDI : for instance , if you hover over the scan bars , you can see all options and choose with TDC depress .... etc

Great videos cap. Loving the constant stream of helpful videos coming out by you guys for the new update. I used to be really critical of you guys cause of your old video format where you had somebody else answer questions for you felt like it didn't get to the points I needed fast enough. Now I'd happily recommend your videos to aspiring DCS players.

@@grimreapers Hey Grim I've been watching your videos for along time as well. If I could make one recommendation since you're already going in depth on the systems. Can you please not leave out features that aren't implemented yet. As you don't always come back and redo the videos once they are updated (there could be many features released without even making the changelog and there are lots of aircraft so it could be easily forgotten). The Auto-INF is really important and I have no clue what the L+S INF does... I know what L+S is but how it relates to IFF doesn't make much sense? Especially with the auto-IFF feature. Same goes for some of the other pages like the MIDI page, etc. Cheers man!

Roger, we are finding most of our info from old NATOPS etc

@@grimreapers it is correct but a complete manual is mandatory if you sell something that needs it and customers shouldn’t have to download here and there real material not adhering to simulator , but I know DCS team is working on new manuals and they hired someone for this , don’t misunderstand me please , DCS team is doing a great job and I’ll wait confidently, in the meantime we all thank you for your excellent work and helpful videos .

Unrelated subject sorry. With the TPOD for the A10 or hornet how do you tell enemy ground target. One of your videos showed XXX on friendly object, I'm unable to obtain that. Any idea what I'm doing wrong. thanks
