Those bags of fruit trail mix are the best. I had one of the best ones solid out of a bucket in Penasco, love love how fresh it was. I need more of that in my life

I just discovered your guys' channel and I have nothing but love and respect for the appreciation you guys have for Mexico. The process by which candied fruits in Mexico are produced is pretty interesting. They basically replace all the water in the fruit with sugar until the entire fruit is completely crystalized.

Lake Chapala - We have learned that there are many retired Expats there. Beautiful lake and many activities for us older folks. Our kids think we will get killed and they will never see us again. Our 5 kids range from 20-37..... they are all upset. We had no idea that they would react this way. I am sending them your videos- I hope they wake up!! When you guys come back to Puebla, you are invited to taste chiles en nogada at my house! My mother prepares them and are delicious! Season starts around July - August. Many restaurants have them but are expensive and not so good.

If you guys still here in Puebla, you should try real cemitas in 'Las Poblanitas' in El mercado del Carmen, you can walk because it is near to downtown, it is the best place to go!

Mole poblano has more than 10 ingredients, raisins,chocolate abuelita,plátano macho (big banana) ,chile ancho or chile poblano , peanuts,sesame or ajonjolí,almonds, another chiles . Pipián verde is made of a lot ingredients but the main ingredient is pumpkin seeds the same of pipián rojo and pipián rojo have peanuts . My grandma was from Puebla end she used to make the best pipián and mole poblano a have ever eat in my life although I ate a lot of moles my grandma made the best mole and pipián of the entire world I am not playing.

I love borrachitos..Chiles rellenos and chilles en nogada are a seasonal dish, but you are just in the season Cuaresma/lent).... Look for them as specials on Fridays, you might be able to find them. You guys just ate the most authentic mole poblano.

Hehe! You went to the best place to have mole. And the best place to get dulces. Just one thing, the typical camote is not the one la güera tried, but those long habano-shaped wrapped in paper and like a dozen in a box. And they come in different flavors. Love your videos! 👍🏼😄

espero no se olviden de mi PACHUCA AMADA...LA BELLA AIROSA...y al ir vayan al pueblo mágico del mineral del chico, les va a encantar, pregunten por el panteón irlandés ..pocos conocen esas zonas de minería olvidadas por el gobierno...y alguna vez fueron las minas mas importantes del paisy donde mas plata se extrae en el mundo...ahora es zacatecas, san Luis y guerrero...pero en la época colonial...pachuca fue una de las principales ciudades de este país con una colonia grande de ingleses y norteamericanos. espero se den su vuelta y esta a 45 min de la ciudad de Mexico.

I probably shouldn't of watched this video right after eating....God that all looked incredible. The Tacos Arabes with the arab flatbread tortilla and juicy meat and sauce, the Cemitas (Best ones are in the central market but the ones at Moyuelo give them a run for their money!), but the MOLE!!!! I miss Mole so much! Not gonna lie....those enchiladas guera got looked orgasmic! Now....to find more food! What a great foodie adventure around Puebla! Did not disappoint!
