If you listen to his interview he was clearly after far too many drinks or some other substance. He said the film portrayed dwarves as living in caves, ignoring the fact they lived in a house and they went to work in a mine which a lot of people still do for massive financial benefit. In fact mining for minerals is the main reason why Australia is able to offer it's workers 60% above market value. Also he never had a go at Lord of the Rings which did portray dwarves this way. He killed a movie because he was off his face.

The guy who keeps saying that the original Snow White is problematic has clearly not watched it recently. He says that her cleaning the house is an issue, but he doesn’t know that she cleaned and cooked for the dwarves by choice and didn’t expect anything in return initially. Also, “it’s their house” implies that you can’t do something for someone else who like the dwarves can’t take care of themselves. The way the house was when she entered showed that, along with how they said “Cook?!” because that shows that they don’t know how to cook.
