Grip training at the Commando Temple in London

I trained at the Commando Temple in South London. This is one of the few gyms in the UK which you can train your grip. I didn't go all out. Just training grip for reps and having fun.

Bader, have you any contact and/or plans to collaborate with Carl Myerscough? And in your opinion, do any of Khaled's best lifts rival some of Carl's?

I know Carl, and we chat sometimes. We're not working on anything together right now, but maybe in the future. Khaled did an amazing job lifting the Millennium dumbbell, almost 5 strict reps! That's a tough feat to follow. On the other hand, Carl also did something incredible - strict form Millennium lift, then walked with it for a few feet! Crazy strong.

@@GripAlawadhi amazing stuff. It’s crazy to think Carl’s hands are not as big as one would think. In his video with Larry Wheels, I’m pretty sure Larry had a longer hand…Carl is a fantastic athlete and very humble man, deserves all the luck he gets
