Yooo. I armwrestled you a bit at a big practice in Fishers about 10 days after this video and I didn't recognize your face but I thought you had the most amazing hand I'd ever felt (and that includes some WAL guys). If I knew your name at the time I would've understood but I happened to see this video in my queue and I recognized you and now it all makes sense.

I had the exact same reaction first time I met John! I believe the section of the hand Palamis Brevis is way more developed than the average hand. Very interesting that Nathan Holle also has a similar hand.

Nice job, but maybe you should not use the technique of putting your finger through the spring because it may break. Those instructions are made by COC on their website. It's highly unlikely but... Idk, take care man.
@GripperCc Жыл бұрын
You do the opposite with your gripper, which has the straight side in the hand and the curved side by the fingers. Everyone else I've seen films on does the opposite, that the straightest spring should be towards the fingers.

Fred, I would suggest trying it several different ways and whatever works best for you, stick with it and perfect it.

@@monkoko6441did you start with the sport or trainer? I bought 1, 1.5, and 2. I can only close like 60-80% of 1. Not sure if I should buy the trainers, which I believe is like 40-50 lbs less of resistance.
