This is an excellent introductory horizontal panel saw. I bought one of these and it immediately opened my eyes to their benefit. Once you realize the capacities of these saws you're going to want a larger one. I bought a 10' model less than a year later.

What is the item number of the mobile base that fits this unit? I bought one but was told it couldn’t be put in a mobile base? Thanks!

With the scoring blade does it leave one side of the cut board indented or is the scoring blade the same width of the cutting blade?

I just had to replace run capacitor on my sliding saw but i still can smell some weird smell ,,maybe it will go away ,,i like the saw a lot just disappointed that its litle ower year old and already issue

I just answered my question. Hmmmmm. Looks like it’s time to talk to my wife about a birthday present.....last year was a Shaper Origin, a jointer, and a planer. This would finish me out.
