Grizzly Bear 399 And Her 4 New Cubs At Pilgrim Creek In The Grand Tetons 2020

I am here in the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks shooting wildlife photography for the summer of 2020. During the very first week of the reopening on the park I was able to see and find Grizzly bear 399 and her 4 new cubs. Pat Sihler About 100 yards away but she was advancing on my position so I think we were only 50 yards away before we adjusted our position. There are literally 100’s of people out here including rangers and veteran 399 lovers so when they told me it was 399 I believed them lol....

Pat Sihler she truly is the most famous grizzly in the world, and a grand lady!!! She has a beautiful face and wonderful colors... and a fabulous momma bear!!!!!❤️😍❤️😍❤️. Pray she and her babies stay safe!!

She is used to people so she often is by the roads as there is a lower chance of a male coming to kill her cubs, which seeing how big she is, would be something off “the bad idea list (really bad idea)! I saw her and the cubs night before last and those cubs are sooooooo cute!

From my understanding they are capable their whole lifespan they usually live until 25-30 years she is 26 now I think lol
