I bought the Black Mamba 50 days ago and requested a refund because it never arrived. Instead, they blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. They took the money but never sent the product-basically a scam. The craziest part is that they told me, 'It's your fault for not being patient.' I don't know how it works in the US, but in Spain, we don't accept this kind of behavior. I'll keep fighting to get my money back.

I bought this approximately two years ago had an issue with the base that held the pole. It took me over a year to contact them sent it back. Waited a little over a month contacted them to see if they got it. They said yes it’s about four months later. Contacted them again through email and they said they were mailing It, never got it. The first response when I asked him how long it was going to take, he replied, don’t harass the guys they’re going to fix your product. So basically I probably got ripped off from this company. Just want other people beware. 🤷🏻

Shit I never received mine and I ordered it 8 or 9 months ago tried contacting them never heard from them I can’t even despute it every time I do they take the money back

Avoid this company and product at any cost. They did not deliver the product and they are not responding to emails. This qualifies as a scam company at this point.

@@JalenTapia2 Yes. I bought at their website and have saved their confirmation via email and their private messages on Instagram and Facebook. They don't have any excuses. I bought the black mamba on August 4th. They still did not deliver the product and don't want to send me my money back, I already filed a complaint.

Read mine, they screwed me over on a replacement part. All I have is a partial apparatus that will probably go in the garbage. 😤

Yeah, they are a garbage tier company. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. My order arrived broken and I can't even get a reply from anyone about resolving the issue.

Brother i have one too. The reason why it became wobbly is biggest your not supposed to pick it up with one hand on where it screws in and you need to get the additional water weight to make it more stronger based.

I had many issues, 50 days passed since my order and now they just blocked me from all the social media. Definitely a scam.

I wouldnt recommend it save your money and buy a btter one i only had it for a month and the water base already broke has a crack and the pool is bent

Which bag would you recommend for a beginner who is learning at home? If not this one which one would you purchase if you can only choose one?

@@reflexbagworkouts somewhat of a factor. I'm also thinking space as well. Not as much room which is why I liked the mamba bag. But I'm open to what you suggest.

gotcha, yeah I definitely wouldn't recommend starting with the Black Mamba, the target is so small it makes training super difficult. I say it all the time, but in general, hitting a moving target is a lot harder than it looks. My top beginner bag would be the Nista Cobra Bag by Vali Sports: valisports.com/products/nista-cobra-bag It's got great value and a reliable spring (I've used it in my last couple vids if you wanna see how it moves), but I will say the base does take up some space. If you have enough room, I'd def go with the Nista bag, it will make getting started a lot more enjoyable. But, if it doesn't fit you can try the Black Mamba.
