Very good, at first I felt a little dizzy as I already was having balance issues, then it evened out and it did “take the edge off” as I’ve been up all night and morning and trying to switch my sleep patterns back to going to bed early and waking up early. There’s always some anxiety in doing this as I’ve had no sleep and have a bit of fear of sleeping. So thanks it was like mental Xanax!

good, however at work or in real life, usually we need to control it in a short period of time, 10 minutes meditating is not an option.
