The actual filming of a criminal act does not constitute a criminal unless they were in on the planning of the event then they could be charged with conspiracy otherwise the simple act of filming somebody doing something is absolutely protected by the First amendment and I hope that whatever public defender or attorneys that pick up this case hand the prosecution their ass to them

I don't even disagree with what happened, but we can't ignore laws just because we like someone. They broke the law, they planned ahead, their point was made since we're talking about it.
