Jeepers, Josh crashing out there in Death Valley sort of a whoa moment. can't say enough for wearing the right gear when riding.

Thanks David!! Not sure of the history of the 190's origins, but it does span throughout the park as well as outside the park. The gear was a savior, that's for sure!!

9:35 in, you might as well have kicked me in the nuts! 6.99 a gallon. I'm 52. Born and raised in California. Spent the last 31 years in Seattle, just moved to Mobile, Alabama in October. Gas is $2.91. Gotta say fellas, both areas have cool aspects, and uncool aspects. Cheaper gas....is freaking cool.

Furnace Creek is an interesting place to stop. I think it's the largest convergence of aquifers in North America. It's in the desert, but water just leaks from the ground. Lots of people go off roading, but bikers tend to stop at Last Kind Words Saloon, which is pretty nice. It's also only 30-minutes away fron Dante's View, the most scenic view of Death Valley.

Scary description of his wreck. Yesterday, 3/11/23, In Pahrump, I witnessed a motorcycle wreck. We were riding in a small group when a guy passed us (showing off a little). He swerved into a lift Tuen lane to pass when he struck the back of a van. Unfortunately he show how went slides under then van, which proceeded to run over him. He was busted up pretty bad, but is still Alice. Luckily he was wearing a Full Face, which ended up being almost destroyed. If he wasn’t wear that helmet, I am sure he would have been killed. I am glad to see you guys ride with full face helmets. Great video. Lol, a few years ago we called Panamint Springs the the $10 dollar stop. If you needed a gallon of gas, or a beer, or a hamburger they cost $10 each. But, if you needed one of those things in that location, you were happy to pay the price. 😅

Wow, that's no good. Glad to hear he made it out alive and hopefully makes a full recovery. Definitely the $10 stop, but supply and demand! Thanks for tuning in👍

One thing I’ve noticed is more often than not y’all ride side by side instead of staggered, too close, and too fast to avoid any type of mistake. No judgement here, ride how you wanna ride, but in terms of safety, there are ways to improve the statistics. Glad you’re okay Josh. As a member of the crash club myself, we’ll see you down the road!
@2LaneLife Жыл бұрын
With new members in the group, that's usually not the case, but you would be correct. Distance will always add a safety aspect. Glad to walk away from that one! Thanks for watching, Joshua👍
