I do think your hair looks fuller on the after picture 😊

Really??? That’s good to know. I still feel like there’s a massive bald patch on the top of my head. That’s good if it’s starting to look fuller! Thanks for watching my video and for your comment 🙂 ❤️

I would recommend you to start PRP treatments combined with home DIY dermarolling. The sera/eseence I will recommend you to start using after dermarolling is a DIY rosemary water mist. I see that your hair is on the lighter side. I may look like it in between middle to high porosity. If this is the case I do lot recommend you use hair growth oils. In this case water infused hair mists are better for you. Wish you all the best / Imane 👩🏻⚕️Trichology stud. & hair consultant

Sorry to hear about the hairloss ☹️ My hair loss started at 20 from likely tight hair styles. I was very high density as a child went to medium to high density in adulthood. However last pregnancy had a lot of hair loss from telogen effluvium which typically occurs after pregnancy but mine was a lot and my hair became low density. I'd say 1/4 of what I had. I did start a curly hair journey in 2019 was recommended to do scalp massage and use some essential oils. By Sept 2020 my hair line was improving. Early 2021 bought back regular exercise and focused on my nutrition. My vitamin D is low and this can cause hair loss so I've been on supplements. I had noticeable hair regrowth by April 2021 which has continued very slowly. My doctor feels changing jobs and lifestyle has helped the hair to regrow. Hair loss is very complicated for woman. Removing stress, balancing your hormones and eating right are important. Also look into birth control as a factor unfortunately some contraceptives can cause pattern hair loss if you have a genetic predisposition. Also hair loss if it's genetics can come from anywhere in the family. They still don't have a complete understanding of how it's passed down. Both my parents have pattern hair loss so likely I have some underlining pattern hairloss too. Hope you can find some way to regrow.

Thanks so much for sharing your story with me. Which essential oils did you use? I’m not sure the exact cause of my hair loss but I have a feeling it’s a mixture of stress, hormones and genetics. It happened gradually at first but lots of hair has fallen out in the past few years. I’m wondering if it also might be related to a thyroid condition. I’m glad to hear your hair started to regrow. I’m taking vitamin D too and trying to be healthy, although sometimes it’s hard. I will try scalp massage. X ❤️

@@ukbeautyroom Sorry to hear this ☹️ I see you have an email on your blog let me email you the recipe of what I'm doing with the why. Honestly I accepted the loss after my pregnancy and wasn't expecting regrowth so this was surprise. The medical options don't work for everyone and unfortunately it's not like investment will be done for the natural methods. Hopefully you will find a solution that works 🤗

My scalp has the same condition as yours. I bought the Ordinary serum 3 months ago but it didn't work for me. And I just bought the Grow Gorgeous serum and have been using it for two days and hope it works for my scalp.

Let me know how you get on with it. I’ve started trying rosemary and fenugreek oil now… as nothing else worked for me. ☹️ I’ll make a video about it soon.

How's the results?
@kathleenh.79562 жыл бұрын
I've been using the restore red light helmet for a year, I've been taking hair and nails gummies with biotin and I've been fluctuating between Vegamour serum and the Kerestase serum. I also added in the Vital Proteins Collagen powder. I have quite a high forehead with a receding hairline so I am committed to get some growth back in the temple area. This combination seems to have helped but at a very small amount despite ALL of the products. I stopped the Vegamour hair serum because it was so expensive and I don't think that it really helped. I will be switching to the Ordinary product that you indicated here. Best of luck!

Thanks so much for all these tips! I've never heard of the red light helmet but will look this up! Lots of people have recommended The Ordinary hair serum to me so i'm eager to try it. I'll keep going with the Grow Gorgeous Serum for now. Good luck with your hair growth journey - I hope both of us see some results! xx

@@nanal2931 there’s still a bald patch on the top of my head. ☹️. If I don’t see any significant growth by the time I’ve finished my current bottle I’ll try The Ordinary peptide serum instead. Please let me know if you find anything that works 🤞🏻💕

@@ukbeautyroom Hi I just want you to know that my hair been thinner the last two years, I tried the silly grow helmet , and Viviscal vitamins ( it worked for me the first half year), my hair really grew back, then I tried Nutrafol, it did not work for me, even though it’s $88/ bottle, but it REALLY WORKS for me its the vitamin zinc+ copper!!! You really should try that, I did research, lots of people who lose hair after take zinc and copper will grow back, and YES my hair grew back!!! Not 100%, maybe 70%, but better than 0%. You should try. All the serums, I haven’t tried many, that’s why I want to watch more videos before I buy another serums. Thank you for replying back! Have a great day

What is the best face cleanser without any harmful ingredients?
@ukbeautyroom2 жыл бұрын
It depends what your skin type is. Three brands I love that are good for sensitive skin are CeraVe, Cetaphil or Hada Labo. It depends also what you mean by harmful ingredients. CeraVe products are hypoallergenic and free from parabens. My favourite cleanser is the Hada Labo Gentle cleanser but my skin is very dry.
