@@marianordenvald Yes, the more we know, we see the bigger picture, the worse it gets. I have nightmares sometimes about how humans treat each other, and treat animals. Many people are brought up with meat, don't question the monstrous cruelty these living creatures are put through daily, til their end. We don't see it, so out of our minds. My husband is slowly changing his mind, after our furst rabbits, he was more connected to animal world. The horror i have learnt, and seen on social media of animals' suffering, i can't forget. The world is gradually changing its view of the life within it. It is a start, hopefully awareness can help save many from suffering 🤞🌺🍀

@@marianordenvald Thanks Maria! FYI - I'm almost finished editing the books again and uploading the changes to Amazon. So there will be some minor differences between what I read on the videos and what the newer books will sound like. I wrote them years ago before I became a vegan. I cringed when I went back and read all of the references to meat :( So don't panic if you read about burgers--now Betty Dog is obsessed with tacos instead. Ha!

Scotty! 😆 put Billy the Bully-dozer back! He does not play well with others 😏 I have 2 suggestions, rotate the trays top to bottom every day. That way each tray gets the same amount of light, air flow etc then rotate the entire rack 180 degrees. Number them so you don't forget which one is which. Instead of parchment, cover the seeds with a paper towel it'll stay wet a lot longer. Those blue shop towels work great and you can reuse them a couple times if you're careful. I love this rack system tho, very cool!! I'm going to look into a single tray, I don't need that big thing

Heya Scotty! Been awhile. Had to relay my experiences with WG, etc. Wheat grass seemed like a great idea to me as well...and it's easy to grow on a window sill in a cut down, empty large water bottle....However, we experienced a plethora of calcium stone problems, including a fatality from one pig passing a huge stone and succumbing to sepsis. Same with red/pink clover planted in the yard, I do not recommend feeding WG on even a semi regular basis. luv U!

Regrow them? Oh, sweet summer child. ;) Yeah, the grass regrows neatly a few times when you have really dry air. I succeeded a few times doing this in the winter. But the slightest raise in humidity will make them mold like crazy! So I gave up on the regrowing and just let the piggies destroy the contents of the tray I'm offering them. Currently I'm trying to grow tiny amounts of several cavy-safe microgreens among the grass so they can have a complete fresh salad! Those trays you use rock! Can't find any of those in the Netherlands though... Bummer :(
