I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks 4 times a week and this has actually made my glutes grow. I have started doing progressive overload adding more reps but thank you!!

Thank you for this!! I've recently discovered I am quad dominant and what that has meant for my workouts. I did this with you yesterday after quick booty activation with a pair of 10 lb ankle weights and girl, my booty is feeling it today! And it's just my booty, every inch, top bottom sides, all of it, nothing else! Thank you thank you thank you!

Super super super helpful! Thanks to you, I realized that I had been doing fire hydrants completely wrong. I tried mimicking the way you do them, and I definitely felt way more activation in the gluteus medius. Thank you for this video!

@@useruser-sd6pb Before, I was doing them by lifting my leg to the side with my spine and thighs perpendicular to each other . Now I do them so that I lift my leg diagonally to the side making more of a 145 degree angle with my spine and thighs as opposed to the 90 degree angle that I was doing previously.

Yay!☺️ Just make sure not to do the same workouts every single day. Your muscles need some rest. You can do this workout up to 3 times a week. The other days work on something else... your back, arms, abs and so on. Have at least one rest day a week.

Heyyy everyone, I’m going to start doing this exercise now without weights, the most I eat is 1,75 calories a day, I got this app that counts my calories that I eat which is really helpfull,but I’ll give a update when it’s been 2 weeks. Wish me luck !!😊

@@brendachapman6340 Oh theres a purpose in everything he does! you see i was molested at the age of 6 , as i grew older, i’ve became very destructive and a sexual being, what the enemy meant for bad , God will always turn to good. Just because bad things happen to you in this life does not mean God has an ill will towards you. If your loved ones are saved, they will never die because your spirit will have eternal life! You will see them again. Just keep talking to God and build that relationship where you can express how you feel, if your illness does not go away, that could be a testimony to others who are not in the faith. For ex: take a look at Job. He had everything but everything was taken from him. His faith was being tested. In this case, God could be testing your faith, when others see the faith you have in God they will wonder “ What manner is this that even she who suffers still has faith and loves God with all her heart, mind, and soul? Who is this God?”Anywho i pray that you will have peace and the joy that many believers have when they go through tough obstacles. God bless and stay safe ! :D

This is the type of body i would like to have. I'm really really slim/thin and i'm struggling to gain weight, because i'm not that type of cooking every single day. Cooking is always my biggest struggle :'( (eating is no problem). But i keep trying to gain weight, because i want to feel good in my body.

You can do it! 💗 if you don’t like cooking that much then try meal prepping. That way you can do all the cooking in one day.

@@user-cq6ri7gi3f hey girl, drink water 30 min before every meal it'll make u fuller. And eat what u normally eat but in smaller plates, tricks ur brain. Also try water with lemon honey and cucumber. It'll fill u up and give u amazing skin

Hey girl amazing video i love how you combined exercises and how you included ankle weight I dknt find many ankle weight vids most are just about bands which i dont have but seeing u use both i will be purchasing soon, i would appreciate if you could explain how to do each excercise, form is everything and i want to target the right muscles I dont know how to do the hip workout you did here I hope you can at least describe how to do just this one excercise in the comments so I can follow along with every exercises please keep making home excercises with ankle weights

make sure to always keep your back straight and not tilted. mind to muscle connection helps a lot. you can do this by simply touching the muscle you are targeting. for example, simply touching your side glute/hip when doing standing leg raises. make sure to always squeeze your glutes at the highest point, that’s very important. there’s different stances that target your glutes more in squats - standing with your feet wide apart targets the glutes more. etc

i’m trying this for 3 days for 2 weeks week 1 : day 1: my thighs are burningggg😭 day 2: off day (waist workouts) day 3: i did it twice today morning and night, and it’s lowkey bigger day 4: off day (waist workouts) day5: my mom just asked me why my butt is so fat 💀🖐 but these deadass working, imma continue cause i want it as big as the girl in the video (day 6 and 7 are off days cause i need my muscles to heal 🤌) week 2: the results from the first week ( not much change i decided to do it for a 3rd week, it was definitely worth it, my butt is much rounder in shape my hip-dips are look a bit filled in, i mean it still there just not as much as it used to be so i would definitely recommend this workout, it worked for me, and since everybody is different it may or may not work but it’s always worth a try.

If I wake up sore , would you suggest to continue doing the same the following day . Or do I allow for the soreness to ease up ? And what do you eat after this work out ?

If you are sore. Definitely don’t repeat the workout the next day. Give your lower body some rest if not your muscles won’t grow. You will over exhaust you’re body. Do some upper body workouts the next day. After I workout I like to have a good heavy meal. For example... pasta with chicken, shrimp or ground beef. I also like to eat 2 cans of tuna which has 52 grams of protein and mix it with corn, celery, mayo, pasta, pepper.

But the thing is that, KZbinrs say you can grow your glutes at home while they go to the gym and lift weights and stuff. I want to see results from a person who doesn't go to the gym

Probably a pretty long time since growing muscles requires lifting heavy. If you wanna see results quickly, lifting heavy and doing weighted squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts etc. will be best :€

And gaining weight helped, because she was skinny in the old pics, she is thick now, so that helps too. But is better to exercise the entire body bc you will have buns with thick arms, no good.
