@@useruser-sd6pb Before, I was doing them by lifting my leg to the side with my spine and thighs perpendicular to each other . Now I do them so that I lift my leg diagonally to the side making more of a 145 degree angle with my spine and thighs as opposed to the 90 degree angle that I was doing previously.

Yay!☺️ Just make sure not to do the same workouts every single day. Your muscles need some rest. You can do this workout up to 3 times a week. The other days work on something else... your back, arms, abs and so on. Have at least one rest day a week.

Just because bad things happen to you in this life does not mean God has an ill will towards you. If your loved ones are saved, they will never die because your spirit will have eternal life! You will see them again. Just keep talking to God and build that relationship where you can express how you feel, if your illness does not go away, that could be a testimony to others who are not in the faith. For ex: take a look at Job. He had everything but everything was taken from him. His faith was being tested. This is the type of body i would like to have. I'm really really slim/thin and i'm struggling to gain weight, because i'm not that type of cooking every single day. make sure to always keep your back straight and not tilted. mind to muscle connection helps a lot. you can do this by simply touching the muscle you are targeting. for example, simply touching your side glute/hip when doing standing leg raises. make sure to always squeeze your glutes at the highest point, that’s very important. there’s different stances that target your glutes more in squats - standing with your feet wide apart targets the glutes more. etc

i’m trying this for 3 days for 2 weeks week 1 : day 1: my thighs are burningggg😭 day 2: off day (waist workouts) day 3: i did it twice today morning and night, and it’s lowkey bigger day 4: off day (waist workouts) day5: my mom just asked me why my butt is so fat 💀🖐 but these deadass working, imma continue cause i want it as big as the girl in the video (day 6 and 7 are off days cause i need my muscles to heal 🤌) week 2: the results from the first week ( not much change i decided to do it for a 3rd week, it was definitely worth it, my butt is much rounder in shape my hip-dips are look a bit filled in, i mean it still there just not as much as it used to be so i would definitely recommend this workout, it worked for me, and since everybody is different it may or may not work but it’s always worth a try.

If you are sore. Definitely don’t repeat the workout the next day. Give your lower body some rest if not your muscles won’t grow. You will over exhaust you’re body. Do some upper body workouts the next day. After I workout I like to have a good heavy meal. For example... pasta with chicken, shrimp or ground beef. I also like to eat 2 cans of tuna which has 52 grams of protein and mix it with corn, celery, mayo, pasta, pepper.

Probably a pretty long time since growing muscles requires lifting heavy. If you wanna see results quickly, lifting heavy and doing weighted squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts etc. will be best :€

And gaining weight helped, because she was skinny in the old pics, she is thick now, so that helps too. But is better to exercise the entire body bc you will have buns with thick arms, no good.
