Finally someone who post a video of glute activation workout. It’s hard to know the difference between a regular leg workout and a glute activation workout

Happy to help. 🤗 Doing glute activation before your workout helps to strengthen your glute muscles and to fire them up before lifting weights, barbell squats and all those workouts.

I love your videos 💗💗 i was wondering what types of foods do you eat that give you some healthy fats other than avocado and nuts? I’ve seen a lot of growth but I would love some fat on top of the muscle I’ve been building, any suggestions??

Thank you so much!💖 Other few alternatives for healthy fats are salmon, nut butter, eggs, olive oil (I use extra virgin olive oil almost on everything I cook), cheese, dark chocolate, tofu, beans, ground flaxseed (I like to add it to my smoothes sometimes). Hope this helped!
