I just did the work out. I’m experience with doing butt workout videos. I have to say that yes even though I did everything you did, it still burned really bad. You talking me through it helped a lot. Thank you and I hope you’re having a good life .

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

What a workout!!! I could only do one circuit, l hope to work up to doing three. But l feel amazing!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I'm such a homebody and love working out from home but lately l haven't been feeling sore after my workouts and l feel like l won't see progress. But this workout made me sore! Been wanting to try pilates at home so think this video would to be adding to my pilates playlist see which one I like. Want something easy then gradual build up levels of pilates. Im wanting to lose belly fat and tone up whole body New subbie here 💕

Try strengthening your back and core 2/3x a week and it should help with that back pain you’re experiencing. Hana Milley and Emi Wong’s back workouts are great to start with, and any ab workout on KZbin but pilates-specific is great!

I think you should do it like 2 or maybe 3 but more like 2 to let your glutes take rest

Heeyy first of all i love your workouts and I fully trust what you do your waist workout help me so much you are amezing!! I want to ask you a general question that I believe you will be able to help me with because you are involved in fitness. In the last few weeks I started working out my waist because I want to have a very thin waist but my body goal is to have a tiny waist, bigger glutes and wider hips. Although I don't do glutes workouts I started drinking protein shakes to grow my glutes Will this affect my waist and my belly area in general?? Sorry if I'm not very clear but I don't speak English and I use a translator thank u so much ❤
