Have anyone started using black rice water too? I try it for 14 days and got massive growth. So sad I wasted my time on white rice water. Great DIY I am always out for something new. Will definitely give this a try but with black rice.

Yesss! I tried black rice water first because white rice skin bleaching videos freaked me out and I didn't want to lose any melanin. Works great and doesn't smell as bad.

@@laurscurls You welcome love. I use fermented rice water. Ferment it for only 24 hour's, DIY growth oil and a very thick leave-in. I use Cantu for my mixture. And I mix it until I got a consistency of my liking. Surprise but it was still good after 3 week's. I use organic white rice but doing a new batch with organic black rice water.

I am finding if I just revise Instead of washing every week it’s better. By It skill want hold curl. I am using Shia butter African. Helping but still dry. Need to add almost everyday not sure what lavender does but smiles good I am 75. Lol

Rice water is a protein treatment so it might be protein sensitive
@nursenickyislearningtodraw72195 жыл бұрын
African black soap is alkaline and will lift the hair cuticle, that’s why your hair might feel a little rough. You need your hair products to have a ph between 4.0 -6.0 for your hair to feel its best. If you want to use that mixture again in the future, I would follow-up by using aloe Vera juice or apple cider vinegar rinse.
