Reddit has an uncle Ben's method that seems to work for a lot of folks in a home-based environment.

Thanks for watching! 🍄🌎 Uncles ben's can be good because its readily available and easy to use. The downside is that you'll experience varying rates of success because the moisture content and ingredients aren't optimized for mushroom cultivation. You are much better off buying a bag of sterilized grain with an injection port.

Is this a similar process to growing psilocybin mushrooms just different spore?
