This was so helpful! My daughter brought me a plumeria cutting from Hawaii and it’s doing great so far, but I wasn’t exactly sure when to up-pot and how to maintain it in a container a zone where it won’t survive winter outside. Thank you! Great energy, great explanations.

seedlings are actually growing slow. I bought a plumeria today and you all would be jealous of it. Grown by two old couples in their 70s from seed and the one i purchased they grow from seed Aug 2020 and it is 6ft tall. They have a tag on each of them with names and date when planted. Even the younger ones that hasn't bloom yet is 5-5.5ft tall. With their low prices i think i will go for 2 more. They have 3 left for sale here in Texas

Bought one from Lowes in June that's now about 3ft tall. Leaves are growing well and I plan on taking it indoors for winter (I'm in SoCal, zone 9b). Should I expect flowers next spring?

We had a plumeria in a pot that was blown over in the wind. The stem broke off and I stuck it in a raised bed. I was surprised that it survived and did better than when it was in a pot.

Oh yea! If you can put them in the ground it’s even better!

What is your soil mix?

I think in this video I was using Landscapers Pride Gardener Magic. But now I use basically sandy rose soil mixed with perlite.

How deep would you pot a Plumaria into a 1 gallon container? Would you bury the stem more to give it stability? Great vid by the way.

And I actually have had that probably on there since last May little bit longer

I accidentally knocked off my sea pod my pulmonary, but I do have one more because one grows on the left one grows on the right where that pot is growing. It has an indication of where there is you know where where seed pods would grow will I have a chance of getting more seat pods
