4:32 girl i read “the mountain is you” and one of the takeaway is that comfort zones are not necessarily a comforting feeling like “you’re gonna ace this, it’s fine”. sometimes it’s the struggles, but eventually making it at the end. it sounds uncomfortable, but if that pushes you to become the version of yourself that you want, then that’s even better. i guess that’s your comfort zone, so i just wanna say that thats completely okay!
