So 5ft 9' barefoot, but like 5ft 11' in shoes, so might as well round up to 6ft. And if your at 6ft, might aswell round up to 6ft 4', so Max is 6ft 4'.

Today's workout: Chest/Back Incline Barbell Presses 2 sets 225 lbs 2 reps 2nd set +2 Forced Reps then Drop-Set 135 lbs 6x then 4x then 3x then 3x. HS Wide-Grip Pulldowns 2 sets 160 lbs 12 reps 2nd set Rest-Pause 3x then 3x then 2x. Cybex Machine Presses 2 sets 130 lbs 10 reps 2nd set Rest-Pause 3x then 3x then 2x then 1x. Supinated Pulldowns 2 sets 190 lbs 6 reps 2nd set +2 Forced Reps then Drop-Set 145 lbs 6x. Cross-Body Single-Arm Chest Presses 2 sets 22.5 lbs High 10 reps. 2 sets 22.5 lbs Middle 10 reps. Single-Arm Cable Rows 2 sets 52.5 lbs Middle 12 reps. 2 sets 42.5 lbs Low 12 reps.

I have not seen anyone who hates it. Fans are moreso worried that he is taking the bulk too far, with diminishing hypertrophy returns and high bodyfat that takes a toll on Max' health.

Quick tip for headphones falling off. For example on T-bar row, instead of sitting the 'band' of the headphone on top of your head, put it so its lying on the back of your head. This prevents it from falling off as when your looking down the headphones are in there natural position if that makes sense?

You can claim 5'10 as morning height if anything so no sweat. Also I went from 66lbs to 110lbs for 6 reps on the tbar row in 1 1/2 months but after that I could not progress anymore for 3 months and ended up removing it from y routine. I replaced it with lying dumbbell rows and have gone from 57lbs to 74lbs over 3 months.

When ur editing make sure your elbows are at desk height so ur forearms naturally lays flat on the table and that the top of your monitor is at eye level and the monitor is 60-100cm away from ur face

I just took about 2 weeks off bicep movements entirely, and then started again with light weight for a couple weeks, and it healed back to 100%

Dude I can relate to that weird scapular pain you described ... weird shit. I woke up one morning and there was this kind of zinging, almost nerve pain at the back of my shoulder blade. I have no clue what caused it, but it went away after a day or so

hi max, you have been practicing ppl for many years now :) have you ever tried to do a reverse ppl? chest / rear delts / biceps legs back / side delts / triceps rest repeat I hesitate to change to this type of program, I would have liked to have your feedback in which case you would have already tried this type of Split. I am conscious pushing the bulk work for sur but is it really necessary to be in bad shape to look good after ? I personnally think you can just make a slight bulk, and mini cut when your body doesn't please you anymore. The advantages of doing mini cut over serious cut overpass the advantages of pushing the bulk in my opinion
