My advice: If you want to stay religious, don't read (all of) the bible. I did in my twenties, and it made me an atheist. Not trying to attack you and your world view at all, just for myself - I found the bible to be the most poorly written, inconsistent, violent and morally abhorrent book I've ever read. (Parts of) Deuteronomy and Liviticus, but also Revelation in particular are simply disgusting pieces of literature that set up one of the worst frameworks of morals known to man. Again, to stress this: It's just my personal opinion and you're of course free to not share it.

Theres an interesting article Ive read recently about the benefits of 6000 to 10000 steps a day, more than that isnt necessary to increase longevity. It also found that too much strength training and cardio is harmful to health, no more than 90 mins to 2hrs strength training a week apparently. I definitely notice if I do more than that I am starting to get knee pain shoulder issues etc. Also too much of this and cardio can be detrimental to bone health, immune system, female fertility - hence the long cycles I see Anna is on day 57 on her app? Thats too long to be healthy, and whilst I respect it can be many things causing this - too much exercise is the main cause of cycle irregularity. We are supposed to honour our bodies in the luteal phase, after ovulation and rest at least a week before cycle. Not that we need to sit around and do nothing - but this constant pushing society and these new exercise norms have us doing - wreaks havoc on our natural cycles and puts us into fight or flight mode too much, We can flood our bodies with stress hormones when exercising all the time. Just my research and personal experience over the years' Nothing wrong with prioritising rest, relaxation and recovery.

@@lifewithastrid TOTALLY AGREE! The illusion that everyday you can follow a planner and check off a box with a smile on your face and motivate people to do the same when you get paid to do so is disingenuous and a big problem in the way these influencers paint an unrealistic picture for everyone else because they need to spit out content for profit.
