I tried my best, but the bunny hops and heel tap jumps totally killed me! I had to skip some of the reps. Loads of sweat, you are amazing!!!

Thank you for these amazing workouts! My dr said i had to do 30min exercise a day to recover from burnout and too much sitting at my desk. I can't count how many times I did this workout Anna! Its perfect for when I just want to move and I'm short on time! I just adjust my weights depending on how hard I want to go and the format 40, 30, 20 is very appealing! 😊

I really liked the mobility exercises in this one! The kick through and around the world squats were fun. It felt good to use more of body's range of motion
