I first did this workout in March 2021. I barely managed to get through the whole exercise while taking multiple breaks in between. I came back to this workout today and finished the entire routine without any additional breaks. I still have energy left in me to go. I lost 23 pounds since then. I feel so proud of myself for not giving up. Thank you, Anna, for helping me through my fitness journey. Keep inspiring me and several like me the same way. Lots of love and good wishes to you.

This was such a good workout! I felt kinda weak before doing this, but you balanced the cardio really well with the more weights oriented exercises. Like doing high knees followed by abs, or doing bumpees followed by arms. This helped me go through it fully! I feel really proud that I did this one without any extra breaks or variations!! 💪 Thank you Anna:)

Wooo! Burned 353 calories. This workout was a great test of my strength. I had a drastic increase in strength. On Day 1, I needed to make the rests a few seconds longer starting at the 6% mark. Now, on Day 23, I was able to do 100% of the workout without extending the breaks. I only needed to modify five of the moves, but kept moving and challenging myself. This workout is You vs You, after all. Thank you for providing workouts with real results in such an uplifting atmosphere. It means so, so much.

My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

I've been doing this workout nearly 20 times now, but today I for the first time realised that for the exercise starting at 13:15 you do 5x climbers instead of 4x. :D Just some random information from a real fan of yours.

I’ve just had laser eye surgery and can’t do anything hardcore for a week - I’m genuinely gutted! Guess it will be a restful week for me with some of Anna’s stretching videos - at least I’ll be able to see her properly when working out now 🙌🏻🤣
