That's the most expensive growroom per square foot I've seen lol. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have it but damn. It would take me years to offset the initial investment. I realized a long time ago that growing underground is the way to go. The rooms are always a steady temperature and in one basement I have I tried a idea I got from a pool heater. I buried pvcpipe 4 feet down and did a big loop around the house. It sucked the hot air from the room and circulated it through the pipe and the ground cooled the air and back into the room. Pretty much a natural AC. It didn't do enough to not need a ac but it cut my bill in half. Around here the electric company's are the biggest problem. They spot the grows and rat us out so we have to spread grows over multiple locations to hide out footprints. And you can't run more ac than say a natural house would. It's a red flag. We gotta stay within the range of KW that the house has used in the past. It sucks but we gotta do what we gotta do. We even have cars in the driveway we get from auctions, timers setup to the TVs and recordings of kids playing so when the Guy comes around to read the pole it dosent look or sound like a empty house pulling a family of 6 worth of electricity. It looks and sounds normal. What we have to do to grow the harmless plant we love is sad.

I just bought a Panasonic 48000 btu. I set the temperature at 27c and it’s not cooling the time a perfect temperature it’s either going too low at 21c then goes up to 33c then cools back down to 21c . Don’t understand why this is happening. Any suggestions?
