It’s certainly possible. F22 pilots have said in interviews that their presence scares off all enemies. They consider their job done when the enemy just leaves the fight.

well it's a massive psychological factor as many F-22 and F-35 pilots have said even against F-15 pilots. You're up against a opponent you almost cannot see or shoot back at. It's the equivalent to walking around in a open valley with no trees or cover whatsoever with snipers up on the hill looking down into that open valley. Every other aircraft being the one walking around in the open while the F-22's/F-35's being snipers in cover. There's almost no chance against them. Even for the F-35 we got to hear that Israels F-35i's dropped Irans entire S-300 network. That's saying something.
