On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.

Hey why don't they put the anti missile laser on the su57 it has? No other fighter jet has it except air force one. They just put it on the ka 42 attack heli and they fired 18 stingers and we're unable to hit it. I mean I guess it would make it in fun to deal with but it was like playing with Pavel Bure in NHL 97. He could just skate through entire team and score almost instantly

It is under development. A dedicated team was working on it but it stopped a few months ago, so CA is now on it's own for both coding and texturing... And as you can guess the priority isn't a good looking cockpit

Another question: can real aircraft switch to missile guidance mode without having a missile fired? To trigger a launch warning without wasting a missile? STT lock is not the same. I mean in theory it should be possible for the lauching aircraft; and impossible for the targeted aircraft to know if there is a missile in the air.

That’s the feeling I get as well, because all we have is public info and the US tends to withhold a lot of information whereas Russia often uses either theoretical data or design numbers, but the quality of manufacture often does not meet the specifications. However, it is best to treat these aircraft as possibly more dangerous than the F-35 and engage with the advantage and not the disadvantage. We have the numbers advantage after all, why not engage with 2-1 or 3-1 and ensure a positive outcome?

Great mastery on the Felon gameplay, GS. Considering my 28th mention about the MiG-29 vs this jet you used, I'm thinking if you can fly the MiG-29 against the Su-57. Both have technological differences but are maneuverable in a dogfight, so I thought if you can engage in a BVR combat against it with/without firing radar missiles, you will end up in a final merging boss fight to prove again the belief that "it's not the plane, it's the pilot." I hope you can reach this out from me because I commented this repeatedly. Great flying!

Seeing the representation of a F35 (while they built F114, B2 F22 to learn from) equal in stealth to a bigger and basically first try Russian Stealth jet seems a bit off to me. So i assume official data of the russian jet is overselling it a lot. Seeing their invincible Hypersonic missle being shot down by patriot might be a hint towards those figures too.

Heyya Mr. Sidewinder Any chance you could ever do a HARM launch against an aircraft? In the 1st Gulf War, an F-4 fired a HARM at Iraqi ground radars, but the missile got 'distracted' by the radar of a nearby B-52, targetted the american bomber instead and blew its tail off. I'd LOVE to see if DCS has little details like this, where the powerful radars of the F-15 or the F-22 are powerful enough to act as beacons for a HARM, passively homing in on its radar emissions. I'm not even sure how it would work, really. Maybe just dumb-fire a HARM in the direction of an F-15? Or target the HARM at a ground radar, but have the F-15 fly to intercept the point where the missile was launched from, so that it's directly in the missile's path and see if the missile takes the bait? Even if you don't end up doing this test, I still love your videos, dude!
