On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.
If you enjoy war thunder or Microsoft flight simulator 2020 or even dogfighting in Battlefield 2042, consider getting yourself into Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, the Combat side of Aviation with the BVR and Dogfights really provides a different and interesting perspective on aviation. You can fly all kinds of combat aircraft including the F-16, F-15, F-14, JF-17, Su-27, Mig-29, Mirage and the F-18 Hornet along with many other aircraft and helicopters like the Ka-50 and Mi-8.

Check out the Store: growling-sidewinder.creator-spring.com/ So I've been really struggling with performance with my DCS and OBS running at the same time and It's been resulting in some really low FPS issues, I finally MIGHT have sorted it out having Identified that the issue was within my OBS I believe. Please let me know your thoughts on this video and its "frames". Thank you for watching and I'll see you in the next one. Much Love.

Su-35S is the official name for Su-27BM. BM stands for 'great modification' and indeed it is huge one. Flanker-E has not only new electronics and engines, it also has structural changes with usage of composite materials. You can't upgrade old Flanker to Su-35S

0:49 Late to the video but I've flown that exact Cessna 172 in real life. That's N9572H from West Air Flight Training based out of KVGT in North Las Vegas. She's a little temperamental in the mornings (need a lot of priming and rich girl settings for the first engine start of the day) by she's reliable. Kind of crazy to see a plane I have flown in real life in DCS. One complaint though. 72H is not a 172RG. It's actually a 172M.

I know this is 10 mo's old, but so valuable to me since I just started DCS 4 weeks ago and I'm flying the F15c pretty much exclusively. I'm still trying to get my head wrapped around 'how long do I need to defend?' before re-committing. Also, I notice how fast GS is able to find the bandit each time after defending and I assume that requires know previous headings and keeping orientation during and after defending - this is harder than it looks! Uh, and how LOW is he flying - that is tricky when going so fast and looking around via trackir.

Can you do an F-35 vs Su-35? Both longer range and dogfight? I read an article today about the F-35 being superior with it's long range radar but the Su-35 being superior within 45km range.

11:34- But you know who WON'T make an air-to-air missile that can't tell the difference between a fighter jet and an airliner full of civilians?

And how do you propose to make a light weight seeker which can tell the difference between a jet and an airliner?
@super-maneuverability592
@super-maneuverability592 Жыл бұрын
I mean they obviously can given there's a data link feed between FCR and AAM's seeker with aircraft's computers telling the missile what it has to look for in the general direction it's fired at, there is no such privilege when you send out an AAM which has to look for a target in a given direction independently without data link, because it will lock on to whatever it sees there, and it will see the passenger jet before the fighter jet.
@user-bw6jg4ej2m
@user-bw6jg4ej2m Жыл бұрын
@@super-maneuverability592 For example, knowing the distance to target together with the returned signal strength (both can be measured by radar) can allow you to calculate the target's radar cross-section from the current viewing angle. RCS of an airliner will be orders of magnitude larger than that of a fighter. But the accuracy of that method may get thrown out of the window with ECM and etc.

What’s the difference between a su35,su33,su27?
@spinosarcadegaming4538
@spinosarcadegaming4538 Жыл бұрын
Su-27 is the initial production Flanker variant, Su-33 is a modified variant with canards and other things for carrier ops, and the Su-35 is a heavily upgraded Su-27 with more modern radar and weapons.

Well that depends on the bikes... A 24" bmx trick bike will turn faster and be more nimble compared to a 29" mountain bike that can get there faster with more energy when the merge happens. Also the armaments...who has the entry Tippman 98 with stock tank and barrel and who has the $1800 tourney gun that has been upgraded?
