At 52 years of age, i know how you feel... my favorite is the reaction I get from police when they pull up to kick me off of something and realize I'm older tham them and my taxes pays their wage, they are very polite and ask me to go somewhere else... BMX keeps a person young at heart and thats all that matters. You have a creative style, and some good moves brother!

Hell, yeah, brother! I'm a 50 year old skateboarder. I get it all the time from the general population. When cops throw me out, they are (usually) nicer when they see my age.

45 years old and the only guy in my city of 5k who rides an e-skate. On my long board I can beat any car in town off the line.😂thought after a couple years I’d inspire someone to buy one, but not yet. Almost 2000 miles between my two boards and I love riding them more than my motorcycle.

Luckily the stigma isn’t as bad now. I was a skateboarder at 18 and people were like “what the hell you still do this?” Now with more skate parks popping up where I live there’s less of a stigma of skating or riding bmx finally. I’m 34 and just started bmxing a few years ago

This is the most inspiring thing I've seen in years. I'm 46 and just started Skateboarding again for the 1st time in 18 years. I've always wanted to get a BMX Street bike and give it a go. Stopped riding BMX as a kid and got into Skating. This lit a fire, thank you!

Amen brother, enjoy what you do. I'm in my late 30s and I love riding my bike 🚲🚲. It makes me feel young all over again. I think that is the reason I love riding. It becomes part of you, give a person passion and inspiration to others out there. It doesn't matter how old you are people. Enjoy the outdoors with your bmx, mountain bikes. I was just informed that the same people who told me to "pick a real sport" in the 80's, are now telling me if "I think I'm a little too old to be riding a kid's bike." I feel sorry for them, really. Imagine living a life devoted to telling others what they can and cannot do. Sounds like hell on earth to me. Never stop riding.

Hey man im only 20 and i struggle with this too(i live in a small town with only 5k ppl and its predominantly senior citizens an farmers) so theyre totally unaware of bmx even being a thing. They think im a crackhead on a kids bike. I wish i had some advice to help with it but instead i just wanna say never let it discourage you. Youre not the only one. It doesn't mean you're old just look at me being 20 and dealing with the same thing. Who cares what people think cuz they're always going to have something negative to say.
