This is the third time I've cycled through the program, so I have been doing it for one month. I can definitely notice the effects of the practice, both within the practice itself, as I steer myself more easily and confidently back to the breath when my mind starts to wander, AND outside of the practice, as I am able to calm myself down and not fly off the handle when I am facing stressful moments at work.

Thank you for your guidance today. I think it is best when both of your eyes are closed while guiding these meditations even though we shouldn't be looking at the screen it is encouraging to keep my eyes closed while yours are.

Wow, oh wow, oh wow! What a way to end off these amazing 10 day meditation sessions. Thank you once again for a brilliant class and for everything you do to make our lives better. This is what my experience was in this last session. Please picture this: A water feature, a cold breeze and the rumble of a South African thunderstorm in the distance. With my eyes closed, and listening to the sound of the water, the birds, the wind in the leaves and the feeling of the rumble of the thunder on the floor with the lightning flashes experienced through my closed eyelids, and of course the sound of Flo's calming voice. I did not want it to end! Thank you once again and much Love for you both ❤

Was a great program and I didn't miss a single day..which is a big result.This is thanks to you ,especially for the advise to meditate in the morning.I usually did it in the evening but there were sometimes when I was to tired,or it was to late or I was watching movie..doing it in the morning after waking up helps to practice more regularly...thank you very much..

Yesterday I ended up the program: it was simply AMAZING. Thank you both for this new amazing experience! 😊 I have developed the habit to meditate at least 10 min before going to sleep to calm down the mind, and I am on the way to do it as well before my morning practice! Day 10 • It’s okay to not have 100% everyday, and it’s okay to be at ease. It feels for me scary to be at ease. I naturally search for something that needs to be fixed, and I enjoy the hope and longing for better days that comes with the process. But this mindset also seems to carry a tone of “something is wrong here”. I think this might be judgement. • I’m not entirely sure how to heal judgement. It wouldn’t be right to judge judgement. Love is the answer, but how can I love something like this? I want to love it. I don’t want fear of it. I guess the first step is to try. Practice. It’s not always easy, but I can love that, too. Thank you for these 10 days

For me this class was the hardest! I wonder why🤔 thank you for the program! I have repeated it 3 times and found myself looking forward to some specific medications 🙂and it became easier to sit cross legged longer.
