Never had I ever meditated before, but now it is the second day that I’ve done it and... wow! I mean... WOW! Will it always feel like this? 😍

@@BLAZINGICE333 that’s so good to hear, as I tend to suffer from anxiety and stress rather easily and I think that it’s starting to have physical consequences on me... I hope to be able to say the very same thing that you one day. 🙏🙏

Every session will be different; sometimes the mind will be silent and the body completely relaxed, other times it might seem like you're thoughts are as numerous as raindrops in a storm. Haha. I'm so glad your meditation journey is off to a great start! Peace and much love.

I am always so so grateful for your videos! At the end of this meditation I felt my body and chest like when you go down on a rollercoaster. Very subtle and brief , but I felt that 2 or 3 times. Anyone else experience that?

Day 2 thoughts: • “The awareness is what makes you whole.” I felt an obstacle between analyzing and awareness. When I become aware that I am analyzing, how can I let go? Letting go might be more of a feeling rather than a way of thinking. • Lots of analyzing today. Thinking a lot about what I was going to write down post session. Failed to set an intention beforehand and I think that will help future days. Simplicity. Peace and Love. Namaste

When you become aware you are attached to a thought, re-focus and find your breath-in and out. You will focus; it just depends what you attach your attention to. Imagine your thoughts are random people walking by… just let them ingress and egress with no attachments. If you find yourself attached, simply take your thoughts to your body starting at your toes and bring your awareness to each inch upward toward your crown. 🙏

Thank you for all that you do, my partner and I are so grateful. This is my first year teaching in a classroom of 3-6 year olds. Starting off my day with this meditation and a yoga session has truely made a difference. I also love bringing practice to school, the kids love it a lot of them tell me they want to be yogis, which is one of my favorite things to hear.

Thank you for this series, looking forward to the rest. I have noticed that after a while of sitting cross legged I feel a slight pain in the front of my chest, like the bones are being compressed. Really opening my chest helps relieve this pain but in the process I move into quite an active position with my back and legs, which takes away from the relaxation and is difficult to comfortably hold a while. Do you have any tips for dealing with this? Thank you in advance and for sharing all the amazing content

Hey man, I had pretty much the same thing. When he asked us to lengthen the spine further and open the chest I realized how active I was, tensing in the legs and back, this was definitely contradictory to relaxing my body. I see you posted this a year ago. Have you made any progress on this since then? Any tips?

Day 2. And it feels really good. Thank you for this great new format. I would love to incorporate meditation into my morning routine. What do you guys recommend, does it make more sense to meditate before yoga or afterwards?
@aislingfoley83623 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same. The last 2 days I did it after my yoga practice, like an extended savasana but in cross legged position. I think in the intro video they said you could do before or after, most important thing was to do it and be consistent :)

see what feels right. it is often easier to sit and meditate after movement. traditionally the order is mantra, asana, pranayama, meditation.

Near the end of the meditation I could feel my body subtly vibrating with energy. Not sure if it’s just from my body having to holding myself in the sitting position, but it feels like a good energy still. Is this common?

Yoga no problem. Handstand easy Yoga for strength no problem Meditation on the other hand! Boring, super hard, thoughts coming like a tidal wave and feels impossible. Meditation really is the point though. Yoga is just a warm up for the actual hard work. Which is the meditation. That is how I feel anyway
