Growth Hacking is a catchy-phrase… but really it’s about granular metrics, testing and marketing optimization. Let me show you how I growth-hacked my businesses.

#3 works BEST for my nonprofit to gain more clients, before school started this year I reached out to schools to see if I could leverage my program at their school. I shared with them everything we’ve done and is doing and they offered to have me as an after-school reading program. I’m now gaining clients who struggle with reading to tutor from their school. When I catch a student struggling in various ways, I put a flyer in their backpack telling them to make sure their parent see the flyer🌟

Brilliant info, as always, Dan! I did notice you did not mention when you should start growth hacking. As an example, I know a lot of entrepreneur advocates advise not to start building until you've validated. Obviously, points 1 and 2 in your video are not relevant at that stage. Point 3, the 3 Fs, is great at this validation stage to help you find the people you want to help. But, for 4 and 5, copywriting and split testing. How important is it during validation? What should take priority? I don't have any money to hire a dedicated copywriter, so I'll be picking up Pre-Suasion. Maybe consider adding a link in your description?

Love this Dan ! thanks for sharing :) Always love hearing you break things down into something I can understand. I really like how you also think about Growth Stacking, that one really resonates with me.

Does anyone know where to hire a Growth Hacker, are there any good job boards or forums that you recommend to finding them? I'm looking to hire my first Growth Hacker. Thanks anyone for any insights on this matter.

Thanks for the amazing video Dan! Unfortunately the link for High tempo testing doesn't seem to be working. I get an error " Oops! This is awkward. You are looking for something that doesn’t actually exist. Let’s try that again. Go back home, my friend."

Doqtor Gonzo Quant Growth hackers don’t magically rack up views at their whim. If anything, I’d say views are more vanity than contributing directly to actual business growth
