I am following this series this is day 5 for me. Day 1: Day 1 of the 20-10-5 method Day 2: Day 2 of the 20-10-5 method Day 3: did a 20-minute walking (my body was sore) Day 4: rest day Day 5: Day 3 of 20-10-5 method It was a long week for me but I am glad I continued the journey. Doing this workout, intermittent fasting, and tracking my calorie intake, I have lost 4 lbs in a week. Working more with weights, I have noticed faster weight loss for me. I am excited to finish this 5-day series and run it back again. Thank you Jo!

I got SO excited when I saw this was uploaded!!! I've been LOVING this series! I'm 14 weeks postpartum with my second and I gained SO much weight that stuck around this time (did NOT happen with my first!) so I love that this incorporates a few minutes of core work too!

This is my first day of work out post my c section 8 months ago.. feeling low and lost.. dont know when I will be back to my old self.. however when I see my son's smiling face, i feel happy.. he takes all my time.. have to take out half an hour for myself..

I’m also starting Monday with the 20-10-5 method 5 days/week with an additional 20 min walk with my son ❤ (so he gets his activity in as well) 😊 the weekends will be just walking in the park so still moving my body. That’s my goal and Gro with Jo is the only one who has made working out enjoyable for me hands down 🙌✔️🥰🙏

For lent I decided I would workout once a day (or walk if I didn't feel like it) and it was soooo good! I have done almost all of your dance videos and I enjoyed them so much! What can I say? Heck no, I haven't stopped after Easter and I won't now! I miss it, if I don't workout with you daily! Releasing that series I bought a set of dumbbells and I love it! I hate core work but these five minutes are doable and so important. Also love the breathing part and the slow and considerate movements instead of intense and fast ones. I enjoy you talking and explaining. You also seem so approachable and stay true to yourself by not editing out choreo mistakes. You go, girl! - a fan from Germany

I was feeling off and was opting for just steps and no workout but I saw this video and you convinced me. Even during the zoom call; you motivated me. Even with your allergies and all you showed up. Will be starting my week 3 tomorrow and will be doing this video for 3rd time tomorrow...I hope I have built enough strength to ace it and find it easy, hopefully, so that I can move on to more hard ones . Did it 3rd time n getting good at it, next time fitst 20 mins will become my warm up and then will adding 10-15 mins of additional weight lifting in it aswell....
