Wow, so hippogryphs apparently shred flying machines into scrap metal. I wonder how they'd fare vs gargoyles?

Shred flying machines are wery weak unit(200hp), and only used to scout. Gargoyles are very efficent against air unit, but are weak angainst ground range unit like archers or rifles. So 4 Gargoyles would crush about 12 flying machin...

It helps to use queued orders. Also, pressing Backspace centers your view on a Town Hall, and cycles through them if you have multiples, which helps a LOT to look back through your bases ASAP. Also, if you want to give any order only to a highlighted subgroup within a control group, you hold the Ctrl key as you give that order (you must enable this feature in the Options menu: Options --> Gameplay --> Subgroup Order modifier key). That last one, in particular, is INCREDIBLY useful, as it lets you give critical orders to certain units only, letting you retreat your Archers behind your Huntresses without having to double-click select the archers to move them, for instance. You can hold both Ctrl + Shift to queue these subgroup commands as well.
