omg i 100000% feel what you say about feeling pretty when you straighten your hair,, tbh, one of the only things quarantine has helped me with was discovering and treating my naturally curly hair instead of straightening it and it feels good so far:)) i’m proud to say i haven’t straightened it since march!! and my hair has grown SOOO much since i stopped!!:)

Hi I missed you!! Love seeing your videos 💕 an easy trick if you wanna cinch in extra fabric but don’t wanna sew is to use safety pins at the side of your dress! So turn it inside out then just pin safety pins down the length of the bodice based on how much smaller you want it to be. My mum showed me this trick years ago and it works wonders if you’re in a pinch!

When I turned 20 a year ago, my mom told me I should try dressing my age, as in showing off my body a little more. She always told me this especially because I grew up really skinny, and she would show me a cute dress or skirt and say “if I had your body I would wear this”. I finally grew into my body a little more the past few years. But, since my body size changed, I now feel fat. And I know I’m not and when I can I dress with smaller, tighter clothes than can make me feel insecure but in the right mindset, I feel really good. And now that I’m turning 21 this month, I’m realizing I should dress in what makes me feel good (jeans and loose tshirts) but should also take the chances to dress a little sexier. I don’t I’ll ever get used to wearing skirts and dresses but I’m realizing I can wear stuff that makes me feel extra because it will can make me feel good about my body.
