One of the best non cakey foundations is Laura Gellar Balance and Brighten powder foundation. I’m 66 and it looks very very natural without being cakey

As someone else with pink undertones like Monique, I can say from experience there isn’t a shade for us pink undertone types from LG. All too yellow. 😞

Among others, I use NYX gray microbrow pencils. They work well but are delicate so only a little turned up at a time. I then gently apply a colorless sealant.

Love this pink make up. Not a fan of the lips due to the color definition a bit dark. You inspire me to start doing make up videos just for fun. I always loved make up. Try dermaplane before applying your foundation. It will help your foundation blend better onto your skin. I dermaplane about once a month and it makes a big difference. ❤

Stunning Beauty!! Loved the lip trick plus I think I am ready to try NARS foundation and eye concealer makeup. I too have the hardest time trying colors for my eyebrows. Because I have silver hair and the back still has various shades of brown mixed in. I have tried; taupes, charcoals, dark browns, etc., etc.! It just becomes so expensive and wasteful! I should try to find a shadow color that gives my brows definition and fills in sparse areas. At least you gave me a place to start.

I watched your channel for quite some time from Germany. I like your mascara at the bottom, since it makes the eyes look bigger. If there is only mascara at the top, it makes the eyes more almond-shaped. So do, what ever you feel like to do! I really like your make up for blue eyes, but my eyes are much darker - I have hardly ever met someone with so light blue eyes like yours! I am 69 and like your makeup tips. But since I never had any Botox or Hyaloron-treatments (?) my face is not as straight as yours. My make-up always looks different, since I do have wrinkles. But I love your videos and try to use some of the tips for myself. Keep up those funny videos, I`ll stick with you!

It IS impossible to do without your mouth open! Re: brows, I usually go for a cool taupe pencil & powder no matter my haircolor (I have been every color) and it always looked good, but the last few years I've branched out; soft black brows with black hair, auburn now that I'm in auburn hair. But I think that brow shade looks amazing on you.Pretty look, I had a laugh about the lips for your character. But it's in style now, isn't it?

Lip shape can really change things up. Years ago when I did Joan Crawford for Halloween, I found her lip shape was far more important than eyebrows when trying to look like her.

Most people do over line their lips if their lips are on the small side. Old Hollywood did it often, Lucille Ball, Marylyn Monroe, and so many other stars did it...they actually wore darker lipstick to hide it. Lucille Ball, you could tell, but you just got used to that look! Kind of like when Joan Rivers got her drastic plastic surgery. I could understand why she did it,but she looked so different. But later I found the new look quite beautiful. She was pretty homely looking before..lol!

I agree......if the liner and lipstick colors were closer in shades if might not have looked so off-putting. I understand the concept, but it was not perfectly executed. I liner was messy--not sharp. I kept waiting for her to pick up a lip brush and blend the lipstick with the liner. Just my opinion--I'm old---what do I know? LOL!
