Tips for new bikers!! 1.If u feel embarrassed wearing safety gear, like elbow pads, knee pads, etc, put it on but put a hoodie and sweatpants over it and nobody will know but you’ll still be safe (plus the wind is gonna make you freezing even if it’s 85° outside) 2.If someone is constantly harassing you while biking, honestly ignore them. Their prob jealous✨

A hoodie and sweatpants are NOT a substitute for proper gear. Proper gear has kevlar woven into it which greatly increases slide resistance, you're gonna slide through a normal hoodie in under a second and you want to be able to slide longer. ALWAYS ride with proper gear, if you don't wanna wear the gear, take the car.

And she’s been in an a coma for a few months. It was night time on a high way, I saw the video it was bad. But the guy she was backpacking was going way to fast on a crowded highway so unfortunate bc he did it to himself. Rio to the guy and let’s hope this girl makes it out alive, she’s fighting fir her life rn.
