There were so many things wrong with that cutscene it makes no sense. Venti having the lyre, Barbra hearing/saying Barbatos’ name and then completely forgetting it. What even, really wish we had a quest where she found out about Venti’s identity before this.

the Holy Lyre Der Himmel and Venti's personal instrument are two different lyres. the normal one he uses is documented in his character lore and is stated to be one he just created out of Anemo.
