Great video, I've been hoping Grandstream would put together something like this for a while. I'd like to request a deep dive into the call center functions / hot-desking and a walk through of the hotel functions complete with PMS software (any provider) for a demo. Thanks!

Thank you for this info. Really good video. Could you perhaps create a tutorial on setting up email (gmail) and also LDAP as I'm just unable to sort this out even after reading tutorials on the GS site

Hello great video ! a fundamental question about the announcement center. .the UCM 6202 supports up to 30 concurrent calls and up to 500 extensions. what happens if i configure an announcement to be sent to all users with respect to the concurrent call limitation ? what will be the behavior that the users will have ? thanks.

Yaa, very important is to have control.

In one-paging, you can indicate who can make the call. Instead of announcement center, you can do the exact same thing and limit who can use the feature through a whitelist.

Great stuff! Can you please make a video on how to enable Mesh feature that was recently added for gwn7610 firmware 1.0.5.14 please? :)

Hello! For sure, however the GWN7610 mesh support hasn't been released quite yet. It'll be on its way soon. The GWN7600 and GWN7600LR do support mesh currently. We can definitely touch on it in a future video!
