I just purchased one on eBay for $168, but shipping was $22 🤦🏼‍♂️ so $190 Plus tax. it came with the rougher band, is the rougher band with dimpled texture the band that has the metal links? This is the Model I got GW-M5610UBC-1JF which is the newer Model and has the newer Module 3495? It's ok if the band is the resin band because heavier watches Affect My Carpel Tunnel, yet the metal links would be nice since it won't be heavy enough to affect my Carpel Tunnel. Only very heavy metal watches Affect it pretty bad. Since it's roughed out, I'm thinking it's the Metal link band? Or did they make a rough combi bracelet with plastic links? It's coming from Japan. Fantastic watch... I personally like the resin bracelet..... If I was to swap the strap I'd go for a leather strap... With adapters.... I prefer the positive display.... The watch is absolutely fantastic... Got the standard model then a orange one and then one with blue...... Fantastic watches..... Loving em more than protrek now....

Went on a G-Shock square binge lately and this thing is my absolute favorite. Rob I’d love to see a comparison between this combi bracelet and the new bracelets on the GW-b5600 series watches. I’ve seen different info but I don’t think the new ones have metal links.

Yes you can, but as soon as the radio signal reaches your watch it will correct the time.

I just got mine today. Except mine is the newer model GW-M5610UBC-1JF with the 3495 Module. I believe the inner links are metal as they are cold to touch the way metal is. Mine weighed in at 98 grams. Is that correct for the Metal Versions? Thanks again for this video.

I know the answer. When struggling with 2 watches always get both, haha. Depends on you really, Gshock is only watch you will ever need, the seiko you will connect with the automatic movement being more alive with you.

Yes you are correct- but I've noticed people selling on ebay with a different bracelet (probably just bought them for the v1 Combi and flipping- LOOK OUT). The GWB5600BC-1B and the gold mirror come with a v2 Combi (no texture and dimples like the all metal bands). There's a pretty cheaply made all plastic "kinda Combi" from Alliexpress but I'm STILL waiting for it's arrival.
