Happy to say I own nearly all of these models. The only (obtainable) ones missing are the ones I’ve been on the hunt for: the Lungman, the 8800, and the GWX100.

Great to know I was able to help!. By the way, the G-056 series is pretty wide and too thin to operate the buttons sometimes. Be ready to face that. The Codename series shouldn't be that hard to get today. You should get that one first! Goodluck and thanks for your support man!

Nice video, bro. Great selections. I would add the GW-100-1JF "Antman" to this list, not just for the awesome way it looks and historical significance (first atomic G), but for the unique features like day counter, telememo, and Japanese "katakana" alphabet entry system.

Favourites are the GA-100, GA-110, GA-400, also kinda like the 5600s a bit But the most of all DW-6900 always!! Despite the lack of more advanced functions like World Time/Dual Time, Tough Solar, Bluetooth connectivity and it having only one alarm its design is just so timeless and never ages and it will look good with all the colours in the world. Be it crazy bright colours, full white/black, camouflage or mirror finishes and many more

I just got my very first G Shock watch today for Christmas...I have just realized what an iconic product this is. I am hooked already. It was $99.00 new at the local jewelry store. Im happy with the basic simple model.

bought 2 gshock in 1996,foxfire and the other model got a jackpot game everytime i push the light button.can't remember the series number for both model.really love gshock of the 90's for their el backlight and uniqueness

I did consider that model but I can't find any clip for demonstration for the video. I'll definitely add it in part two of this series. That should be either DW-8110 or DW8120 MAYBE a DW8020 or DW-8010. I used to own one in brown way back in 2016. Really unique piece.

i have that one.. my brother lost it in the mountain.. i have i think the rarest..an aniversary limited, DW-6900LD..it has a removable ripstop strap with a velcro and a belt lock..it has a silhouet of a laying devil on its backlight screen that shows when you press its light fuction

Hi there, nice pick by the way I'm confused about the asymmetric DWX-100 that sold in my country looks allot different than the one in that perfect bible ? The dial is similar like the MR G Frogman 1100 , is there anyway I could get a casio W-91-1V module 935 nowadays 🤔 my first ever casio 😢really miss it...... The reason i get into watches ✌

The one I used in the video actually looks more like a DWX-110 but the engine looks like a DWX-100 but it functions totally unlike both DWX110 or DWX100. It is the DWX-199. I'm guessing you're referring to this model: amzn.to/2EajL5q

ha ha ha ha I knew it ! you also thought that it is Ben Laden favorite watches , nope my first casio is actually vertical designed , G-Lide that I mentioned still make me wonder with it off-set esthetic was still authentic & are originally produced by casio only different dial for sale in different market area or so...... perhaps you'd know better 😉

Whoa, may I have the G-Lide reff number please. Maybe I could hunt it down for review soon. By the way, most G-Shock watches I review are JDM. If it not being sold in Japan then, most likely I won't be able to help. Better refer to someone else.

Hi Mr G-SHOCK, I like your chanel so much ! I started to collect again G-Shock watches and I'd like to see a breakdown of a GW-M 5610 especially how to change the glas with the solar panel. Hold on, why not just swap the engine instead?. Forgive me, I haven't tried breaking down any of them yet. But sure, I'll work on them soon. They're pretty expensive to get though..I might need some time before I could buy them.

Wow this is fast! I just wanted to change the plastic case of the 5610 into the metal case of the 5035 and I thought this would only be able if I change the glas with the solar panel.

I have two Casio’s both solar a bit disappointed both battery’s only lasted about three years even though being kept in light and Casio refused to change for free on the 1st watch so I had to pay £30-£40 for battery replacement for both. One is a g shock rescue other edifice wave capacitor.

This is actually the first time I heard about a solar model that lasts less then 5 years. That is unfortunate to hear man!. This is why I prefer to change the battery myself. More cost efficient, less hassle. Other options, you could also plug in a non-rechargeable battery in them from the same type. If they’re gonna last 2-3 years anyway, better use that instead. Much more cheaper. 😅

gshock highfashion first I argued for a week with watch shop.com to repair for free they said no as I bought it from them I quoted Casio’s website and sent them screen shots but they didn’t care at all. They sent it to Casio and Casio charged them then watch shop charged me. 😪 very disappointed by watch shop and Casio to be honest. I do speculate the watches where probably made a few years before I purchased them hence battery dying early. As I do keep both in day light and artificial light every day for years.
