Hello, i have a similar PCB with SIM900, when on, the module sends RDY +CFUN: 1 +CPIN: READY +PACSP: 1 Call Ready (9600 bauds), whei send to the SIM900 la comman "AT", the module responds - AT -, dont receive - OK - . Its damage the pin TX of the PCB with SIM900? what can i do to test and verify if a need to buy another new brand module?

To be honest, it's hard to verify a working module from one that doesn't. One of your best bet would be to liaise with your vendor. If that is not possible, I suggest you buy another working module and test to compare the output.

I have the same type of gsm module here in Zambia 🇿🇲. The problem is that its blinking continously every after a second and that means its not connecting to the network. What should I do to solve this problem?. Thank you in advance

Well, can start checking the basics like money balance, data and signal reception. If that doesn't work, you might want to contact your local SIM Card provider to check if there is any restrictions.

Check the power and try varying the location. If it still doesn't fix the issue, it could be telco restrictions

Hello. So I am using an external power supply of 5V 2A and the GSM can register to a network without issues, but when I try to send messages through Arduino, no messages are sent. Why is this happening?

Can i know how much V and mAh for 18650 battery to power up the GSM?

Each of those batteries in the video are 3.8v and since it's connect to Arduino's DC jack it will draw current according to the circuit's need. This GSM would generally around 2A or less to work.
