People need to know to see the higher detail of pc textures the video needs to be uncompressed, If people think this is an accurate depiction think again. Also the pc in this comparison isn't even using nvidia shadows where the shadow blurs depending the distance of the source. If you want to run this game cheap don't get ps4 get a pc for 400 bucks as it will run the same plus it is a pc and you can have mods, as well as being able to change the graphics and see your frame rate means a lot to me.

+weeowey Im using a (Gigabyte) gtx 770 2GB single vg248qe and it pretty much handles anything I can throw at it max settings max rez.The olny time it has problems is when a game is ported from consoles and its crapply optimized. And when I bought the 770 2 years about when it was a few months old I paid 300 for it so half the price of a "nextgen" console now you can get them for about 200 bucks and under 200 if you by used...So yeah you can buy a titan but unless you are using quad monitors (which is stupid) you are not going to max it out for another 6-10 years.There's a price threshold where you stop paying for performance and start future proofing and beyond that your just wasting money.

@@khoado2060 remember, ram does matter, but not that much really. processing does, if a ram is high speed and the cpu much faster, the ram is literally just a passageway, like a room on a corridor. well, i mean the PS3 has some awesome processing, with that cell arch and offloading. Nice Parallelization though. Maybe the PS3 is low spec today, but maybe its not for its time.

The lack of anti-aliasing on last gen consoles are really obvious and it looks almost unplayable. Next gen consoles are really close to pc, and most people wont notice the difference between the pc unless you watch a comparision or untill you try 60fps. Pc is obviously superior. Finally somebody in the comment sections with a brain! PC compared to current gen consoles is really close. Anybody claiming that PC is the obvious best is an idiot because if you took away these labels it would almost be a guessing game. The main difference between PC and console is the smoothness (higher fps) and you have more freedom with PC (you can build one, you can mod games) and you can use a keyboard and mouse. That last one is what makes some people like PC the most I think.

the diffrence from old gen (PS3/xbox 360) to current gen (PC) is literally night and day. but the difference between next gen (PS4/xbox one) to PC is more or less that the PC has better drawing distances and far richer colours and lighting effects, but the general quality of the textures and after effects are very close if not the same. it's understandable why PC is the current gen since it always evolve and develops both software wise and hardware wise whereas console stays the same with the hardware and it's getting outdated, but i'm still impressed that devs can sqeeze this much power out of the systems, and that ofcourse benefits the users of those systems.

Mortjep9531 "generation" in reality is only console term. as all companies create next and next console every around 5 years. Also i disagree on software outdate of console, since last generation consoles are software upgradable and they can be up to date with any services and technology, problem was last gen PS3 had huge problem with memory usage thats why it was not up to date with 360. In this gen consoles all of them should be up to date with software, they fully upgradable, have reserves for video processing (aspecially PS4), whatever service Sony, MS or Nintendo can think out can be easily implemented as long as it stays in frame of hardware it has.

Shadowriver Generation is also a term for PC's since there are generations of graphics cards and CPUs we are currently in Nvidias 13th generation etc. it's not as direct as consoles but it's still there :)

We crowd fund new and exciting ideas from developers that are ultimately very expensive and unlikely to succeed, but true gamers are willing to take the chance and risk the financial loss just to reach the next utopia of gaming and embrace the movement towards expanding and enhancing the phenominon that is the experience of gaming.
