If i remember correctly, the game originally had way more vegetation, but it absolutely killed the performance so they had to tune it down a bit. Obviously, this was in the PS3/Xbox360 era.

One of the only mods where the wet streets meme doesn't apply because this mod actually looks rather impressive. Looks like it takes place on the east coast rather than west coast. Not a complaint, just noting that the feel of this mod along with the added vegetation gives it a very different vibe.
