I recommend using the Nightclub for the AFK method since it takes the longest to generate money. The bunker is faster at producing product to sell, but you're forced to spend a big amount of money for the upgrades. Which will take a decent amount of sell missions before you start to get your profit back.

A Random Guy I recommended getting the nightclub last. The nightclub generates money when you have most of the businesses. You already have a bunker and warehouse. Next I recommend getting the coke, weed, and meth biker businesses and then obtain the nightclub. I have all those businesses and my nightclub makes income off of those.

Maybe it's 15k for this week's special event because, there is a 60% or 70% discount on bunker prices, so maybe that's why its 15k. I wouldn't know because, I haven't been to my bunker this week but, I will be playing later so I'll check it out and see if mine is 15k aswell

You can still make money without the upgrades, but buying supplies will make lose you money more than gain. Without upgrades it's better to steal supplies which may take longer. Buying won't make much profit without the upgrades.

You have to be online in order for your supplies to be used up. What I like to do is start up a mission like blow up solo and chill in my apartment watching TV. After about two hours your supplies will be used up and you can sell your stock.

I go to the map to show how close the delivery locations can be with the Chumash bunker. Which is why I recommend the Chumash bunker. Also I explain you can buy your supplies right before you activate the mission to sell your goods. It’s faster that way. Would you rather have your supplies already delivered to your bunker after you finish the mission or go all the way back to your bunker just to buy supplies again? It takes 15 min for supplies to deliver so by the time you finish the mission you’ll already have supplies back at your bunker. Hope I helped!

With the upgrades it will maximize your product value. Without them buying the supplies would almost be pointless. I personally choose to buy supplies because it allows your manufacturing to keep going while you're doing other things to make money.

Pedram Shahrokhi Did you follow the steps in the video? If so it should be easier to sell and defeat the NPCs. I usually play in third person so you can hide behind something like a vehicle and kill the NPCs instantly going for a headshot.

I recommend Chumash since the deliveries will be much easier and faster than having to travel farther. I use to have that bunker and it wasn’t close to as easy delivering with the Chumash.

IMO I’d focus on bunker first. You can make money back to back with the Bunker. I’ve made money with the meth well, but it’s difficult compared to Bunker. The biker businesses I would say is more complex compared to Bunker. Rockstar forces you to sell your biker goods with multiple vehicles. Biker businesses are harder for solo players.

In this video I show the steps to force spawn one vehicle. The easiest way possible to sell as a solo player. So there’s times you’ll get the Marshall mission and tbh it’s not that bad it’s quite easy compared to others missions.

Yes. For a full supply batch it’ll be worth 75k. Once that full supply is used up you can sell it for 210k every time to LS.

Once your supplies are used up you can purchase another batch of supplies if you like. Purchasing supplies is just easier and more time saving. But in this guide the goal is to sell in the easiest way possible by spawning one vehicle. If you sell your Bunker at a higher value it’ll spawn more vehicles which may be difficult or impossible as a solo player. Also I’ve calculated in order to fill up your bunker with buying supplies only you would have to purchase a full batch of supplies 5 times. I have a Part 2 to this guide coming soon on how to sell a Full Bunker as a solo player. So stay tuned!

Whats the Maximum amount of money you can sell before it spawns two sell vehicles?

I made a part 2 to this video explaining how you can sell up to a full bunker spawning specific vehicles. You can fill up your bunker entirely and once you sell it you can spawn two Phantoms or 3 Insurgent pick-ups. To answer your question in this video this is the only way I noticed so far that spawns one vehicle. Feel free to checkout my part 2 as it explains selling a full bunker in depth.
