as far as i know theyre some private military that are supposed to be highly trained and you pay extreme prices your security, granted its not that expensive but then they're easily blown up or their mercenaries are good against anyone who doesn't own any oppressors or air vehicles. its also dumb you pay 1000 pounds for a helicopter pick up which should be worth about 20. So yeah they're really dumb, Merryweather is supposed to be an op private military but they're just a bunch of dumb npcs that u waste 5k for some guys in a helicopter to shoot down some idiots. they're useful in setups and whatnot but still they're pretty dumb
