There will not be modded accounts on current gen consoles Ps5 and Xbox Series S and X and no pc release off the rip probably not for a year or two and there won't be a lot of things online either just like with GTA online in the beginning there was races and missions and that was it nothing more and it will be GTA VI not Vice City I mean GTA V isn't called San Andreas so I guess it follows suit

Hey taco 🌮 I'm the one that might of started the transfer process I was saying if IF they don't roll over are stuff they need to give us a heads up and give us two and a half months to sell are Vehicles and with the money 💰 we make we ride off in the sunset 🌇 ,fly sail, and when we get to play online that is how we come into the live part of the game. And the people that when they started there from rank 10 to 7,00000 that they inter six as that rank😊😂😂😂 and as we go into the game we get to end up as us busting tables as a bus boy /girl our a estate person or work at the airport work on car's and what we do is are skill set and go from there If Rockstar was going to roll are stuff over but I don't mind restating over as well I made a new character because I was bored and I'm going to play my other games as I wait for others to play the game 🎮 and find out what Bugs are in the game and New consoles and lay back and wait for that to be fix and my guess is the internet is going to be just like when gta5 came out the internet is going to be to where you don't get your bills on time just like when gta5 came out. My younger brother recently just go the game and ive told him to take it slow and enjoy the way you progress and its been about 7 1/2 months and we just did the entire doomsday heist and he said he loved it and he is about to buy a bunker and he is very excited. Im happy how I introduced him to the game

Totally agree with you at this. I'm a pretty new to the game, but I enjoy every second grinding with the stuff, calculating what I need to buy and what not to, should I buy it now or wait for a little more. In these types of games, the progress in much more important than the result, being able to buy everything in a blink an eye and you definitely waste the money that you used to buy this game, even at the current price compared to when it first came out. So don't hope, just do =))). P/S: I've used to play ETS2 and ATS with cheated money, and it was boring AF, and now grinding with every delivery and choosing which trucks to buy for my company is much more satisfying, so I know how it feel to be a cheater =))). But if you wanna be a cheater, so be it =))), I don't care, we're just not on the same way =)))

100% agree with you. At first, I thought that maybe having your years' worth of grinding, especially at the beginning. Then I thought why? Gta6 online wouldn't be fun. Progresing in a game is what always brought me back, even if it was a mmo like WOW. Earning your own stuff and getting rare items is where it's at. As you stated about having everything just isn't that fun. As a matter of fact, I've been playing another account just to start fresh, not having everything even though it's all predictable.

I would prefer a combined online world, where you can drive from Los Santos to Vice City. They could use it for readjustments regarding prices, some older cars get more expensive, newer cars get cheaper and Warstock vehicles get more sensible prices while allowing me to keep some stuff I don't want to redo like my character design, outfits etc

I've got a feeling they're create, GTA world. Every GTA map at some point will be accessible through gta online. Travel to the airport and fly to another city for example. GTA progress will be locked to the city you play in. Rockstar will be able keep cashing in on all games at the same time.

I agree that I wish nothing should be transferred but I wish there was a limited edition car that will be given to players that are like lvl 100+ so that atleast the grind that we did wasn't all for nothing and we can remember that by looking at that special car

That's actually the big problem I have with GTA 6. My 10 years of progress in GTA Online will suddenly be, well... worthless. I made my character on October 1st 2013. And I have played the game very consistently for more than 10 years now. When 6 comes this will be the end to an era for me. I am excited for GTA 6 but it's a bit of a sad situation, too. I hope they actually set new standards with 6.

I wonder how many people will even care about playing the story version of the game once the online side is released. Maybe Rockstar will hold off on going live with that for a while so that people actually play the story mode? Personally, I can't wait for both and I fully agree about starting from scratch with GTA 6 online. I'm really looking forward to the advancements in the graphics, which I have to imagine will be mind-blowing. It would also be cool if they put some effort into the personal side of our characters and gave us more to do in that realm. I'm not saying to go full Sims with it, but having more options to make our characters much more individualized would be fun, especially when the business grinding gets to be a tad tedious. Or, maybe I should just go outside. 😋 lol

I’ve got 1.5b, everything that I’ve unlocked I own masks, clothing businesses, warehouses etc all from legit grinding. I enjoy the grind and achieving milestones. I want to start gta 6 from scratch and start a new chapter in grinding

I never modded my account but when the OG billion dollar bounties were going around that was the most fun I had with the game. Would get a group of friends randomly fully upgrade random vehicles and do crazy stuff like taking a fully upgraded futo up chiliad and then launching them off the side of the mountain. Or we would make races and have random c4 charges on the route and people with rockets shooting at the drivers. It’s a ton of fun but you just gotta be creative.

Plus let's not forget Rockstar would never allow that to happen, they are a business and would be leaving so much money on the table if they chose that route. Finally I never even thought of them calling the game Vice City or something other than GTA VI, but now that you say it, I hope that they do, I like it.

I Started a year ago and now hit 230 level. I have nearly bought everything. I am looking forward to being a low level street hustler again so I do it better this time. Only thing that is nice versus before; I now have a social network of friends that will be starting over with, so we all can help each other out grinding our way to the top.

Definitely no transfer of any content at all, yes maybe some small suprise Easter eggs but hiddens no so obvious. The idea of unlockable items is great in the way that the Navy revolver and stone hatchet were. I agree with what you said in your vlog about RDR2 having the best single player story of any game and it would be brilliant if R* could match or better that.

I absolutely agree if anyone is thinking about modding DONT DO IT!! After 10 years later I started a month ago and now I’m grinding for an empire on a fresh start. It’s so much better. I do like when a game would let you restart the game from the beginning with most all your loot, supplies and abilities which is fun. The last couple FarCry stories did this. Great fun, I called it Payback Mode! Allowing you to hand out some whoopins where you were getting your ass stomped the first time through!

I agree, just proves how lazy and entitled some people are to expect to transfer everything over to a brand new game so they don't have to put any effort into the game. I remember right before they shut down gta5 online on xbox 360 I decided to try it out, within the very first hour someone dropped billions on me and modded my rank to 7000, completely ruined the experience for me took me ages to play online again when I upgraded to xbox one. Theres just something rewarding about working for stuff and if you have everything instantly you having nothing to work towards. but some people are just lazy and want everything for nothing

Makes no sense from the rockstar perspective to do that. Think about it, if rockstar has a way for you spend hours in game and more importantly, shark cards, they are going to benefit from that. They would not allow your in game items to transfers as it would remove thousands of hours of game play and billions in money needed to be grinded or paid for. Rockstar would take millions in losses by allowing you to transfers earned items to the new game. As an earnings balance for rockstar, it makes no sense at all!!

Tbh I'm just gonna purchase 2 or 3 shark cards and use that to kickstart my businesses in gta 6. But gradually not all at once considering the slow process Rock⭐ goes by dropping DLC's. It's gonna be a slow start for everybody but refreshing to not be in a lobby with a level 9006 player being grieved. Learning a new map and finding new things in the interactive open world is gonna be fun.

I've been using my main GTA5O character for 8 years now. I don't care about the money, clothing, guns or cars. But it'll be great keep the journey with him in GTA6O. Maybe with a cut scene where somehow we loose everything, and we take a plane for Vice City? The Marrywheather/El Rubio taking revenge? An Agent 14 betray? The government taking action against the worst criminal in the city? What would be mind-blowing is a crazy last dlc where Michael does... Michael and somehow we have to run away from the city. Or maybe keeping it as a mentor/boss of our next character. That would be great too. But I don't think any of this is going to happen 😢

I'm a mixed breed. I had a account for almost 2 years and could not ever get enough money or gain any momentum to get XP. I was level 35 when I gave up on that one. I waited way too long to start playing GTA online... Like 2021 😂 So I bought a money modded account. I did start over at level 1 with it but I had a good chunk of money. I didn't waste it all on vehicles. I bought anything I knew would make me money in the long run. Now I've had the account just over 5 months and hit level 80. I just grind out money. I don't PVP. The only expensive thing I bought was the MK2 just to make my life easier to grind. Now I am happy and I always have something to do when I log on. I have enough businesses that the hour or two I can play a day has something to do. I didn't want a modded account with all the cars are stats and that nonsense. I just wanted a bit of a boost to help me get caught up to everyone else. It is just nice knowing if there is something I want to buy I can, but I usually don't buy anything except business goods.

I did a modded account once with modern warfare 2 and it was the worst experience in my life. I put so many hours prior to that account 5th prestige before then maxed out rank skins and such! Everything got unlocked. and then had to start over because I was bored. From that point on decided I would never cheat/skip the grind again. But no starting fresh is the way to go! Needs to be brand new, or it’s not really and new game it’s more like a DLC.

I don't know why people think that when GTA 6 comes out, GTA 5 online will be over. In single player, you make so much for doing so little. So I would want nothing transferred over. I want to be like Drake. Start from the bottom, and make it to the top.

I’d prefer to start fresh, but I guess for some the option could be there to move your character and level across only with no guns, no cars, no clothes and no businesses. This could then be interpreted into the game as you’ve just come from Los santos and you’re broke and have no money and your here to try and make a fresh start, the only thing that will carry over from GTA online will be just your character and level and nothing else. But overall it’s a new game and I would much prefer to start from scratch and build myself up.

Yes the current gta5 online will continue to be a thing for another few years but I would say it's days are numbered for official support there is no way they keep new content going for both gta games and when a new online comes out whether that is day one or later eventually people will leave the current online I have to believe. And there is no way they let you carry properties over that doesnt' make any sense since it will be a new map. and money forget about it they can't monetize a new online if they did that. So I think the current online eventually will be community and/or RP, maybe they bring RP to consoles officially but even then you have to start over

I totally agree with you bro. Everything should be fresh. No one should have a dime in their accounts & work their way up the ladder by grinding. You would appreciate the game much more when doing so. Imagine transferring all funds from GTAV to GTAVI, you would be bored within a few weeks seeing that you could afford everything. Then immediately become a Greaver & spoil the game for others. So no, I don't think transferring accounts should be allowed at all😅

Very insightful video. I'll admit I had some temptation to get a modded account. But 1) it spoils a lot of the fun. 2) You become a "high level" player with zero skills. Which means when you start doing the missions that require those skills, you will be essentially useless and frustrated because you didn't learn the lessons the hard way. There's no better teacher than failure. I have mixed feelings. First and formost, I do not and WILL NOT do story mode. I came here to play with friends, so I just did the absolute minimum story mode garbage I needed to get to the online game. So in GTA 6, don't force me into story mode. Make it so I NEVER HAVE TO SEE IT AGAIN, or even initally...i want nothing to do with it. I also hope to see doors on vehicles that actually close properly, vans that the rear end's DON'T suddenly float up in the air, and more solid code that eliminates god modes and modder exploitable glitches. Make good code people. I'm a developer, so no excuses please...its not that hard! If there are a lot of similarities, then some level and content should probably transfer over. How much change in character physics and action will there be? If its about the same, then let me keep my stats, but try to identify modded accounts and nerf them to zero. I'm assuming the content itself will be all new, so don't bring over the buggy GTA5 content. The in game economy probably will be different, so maybe start players out with a bank like the Criminal Enterprise Startar Pack, or the Criminal Careers (whatever its called) did. Enough so that everyone has the right equipment to be able to play all missions they will have access too, and have at least one buisness they can start earning good money with. (Sidebar to R*: lose the web of paywalls!).

I've seen the discussion of gta6 not coming to pc on launch. Now im not sure if its a bs theory that people have, i personally think it is because It doesn't make sense to me why they'd purposefully cut their sales by a large amount by not giving pc players access day 1. I was curious to see if you've heard about that and what your thoughts are on it, if any at all.

I have like you heard rumors. I think it will release on console first only because PC will have modders/Hackers that will ruin the story. They will get into the game file and leak all of the cool hidden things/ways to make money/glitches etc. So I think they will holdoff on PC for a little bit.

​@@subscribefortacosit's also because those who have both a console and a PC, will get it on consoles on launch. When it gets released on PC, they will also buy it for better graphics and mods.
