You can save both vehicles at any of the reserved parking areas. Just be sure that the two vehicles you save are the only ones sharing the parking space. If you are having difficulty maneuvering/parking the Police Maverick under the elevated tracks at Hove Beach, you can always park the helicopter nearby and push it to the reserved parking space with another vehicle.

Yes, as long as one skid (landing gear) or a portion of both are in the reserved parking area, things should be copasetic. Just be wary of traffic before you save, as it can behave rather unusually when approaching a helicopter that is parked in a reserved parking area. (There is a tendency for traffic to use the helicopter's blades for collision avoidance, and traffic veering off the road and occasionally knocking the helicopter out of the parking space can become an annoying occurrence.)
