Yes, on a pc My specs: Gigabyte MA770-UD3 Rev. 2 AMD Phenom II x4 920 2.8 GHz @ 3.36 GHz 4 GB RAM DDR2 800 ATI Radeon HD 4830 512MB Average fps ~ 40-55 there really is no mods that can increase system performance the only mods in the video was the snow mod, which usually decreases performance my gta iv settings: Texture Quality: Medium Texture Filter Quality: High View Distance: 30 Detail Distance: 30 Vehicle Density: 30

ow ok, i see. U have very powerful computer. My is much more worse. GeForce 7900GTO Intel core 2 duo E6600 @2,4 ghz 2x1 gb Deil's RAM memory @800mhz motherboard asrock 775 dual vsta. Its why my game has about 20-27 fps (very bad ;/)on almost minimum details. Check out my channel and vid from mission from GTA IV to see how my game is working ;/ thx for response. take care
